2. Live wherever you want
We believe that you don’t need to live in a capital city to have an exciting job. Of course, you can live in a capital, but just as well in a cabin in Mo i Rana, with your horses in Kajana, or on a sailboat on the High Coast. At Losvik & Flen, all consultants work from home or from coworking spaces, and we travel to wherever our clients need us. We think that we perform better at work when we also have balance in our everyday life: time for ourselves and our families, and the opportunity to focus on exercise, outdoor activities, and other hobbies.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, inspiring, and enjoys both working independently and as part of a team. You are an expert in your own field and are passionate about helping others succeed. Our internal working language is Scandinavian, and with our clients, we currently operate in four languages – English, Swedish, Finnish, and Norwegian.
We are seeking senior experts with substantial experience in their respective fields, a solid work history, and their own potential client base. Team members also have the opportunity to become partners in the company.
Currently, we are looking for individuals who can write and speak fluent Finnish.
